Hi! I'm Alicia Earl, M.A.T., M.S., M.Ed., MPH, CCC-SLP, and I've spent over 12 years supporting children and families across school-based, private practice, and telehealth settings. I'm passionate about helping individuals with communication disorders, particularly in language and literacy, where I believe early, skilled support can be truly life-changing.

My Approach

I believe the best therapy happens when children feel safe, seen, and engaged. My approach is play-based and child-led, following each child's interests and natural curiosity to create meaningful learning moments. When kids are having fun, they're learning, and that's always the goal. Everything I do is grounded in evidence-based practice and intentional data collection, because high expectations paired with the right support can lead to remarkable outcomes. I also bring a deep commitment to cultural responsiveness, recognizing that communication looks different across communities and that affirming, inclusive care is essential, not optional. Families are always partners in the process. I prioritize equipping caregivers with strategies they can use every day, because real progress happens beyond the therapy session. My ultimate goal is functional, meaningful communication that makes a difference in a child's daily life, not just on a test score.
