Every therapist on Solea Health is a licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) with an active state license. We verify credentials, licensure status, and insurance paneling before any therapist is listed on our platform.
You're never locked in. If your current therapist isn't the right fit, you can browse the directory and choose a different SLP at any time. There are no penalties or fees for switching.
Common signs include: not meeting speech or language milestones for their age, difficulty being understood by others, trouble following directions, limited vocabulary, or frustration when trying to communicate. If you're unsure, you can book an initial evaluation with one of our SLPs to learn more.

The therapists listed on our platform are independent practitioners who are solely responsible for the care they deliver.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Solea Health. If you are seeking services for a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian of the child and have the legal authority to consent to treatment on their behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date.
Solea Health provides tools for browsing therapist profiles, scheduling appointments, and managing insurance billing. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purposes and not to misuse, copy, or interfere with the functioning of the service.
Solea Health facilitates connections between clients and independent SLPs but does not employ or directly supervise these therapists. Any clinical decisions, treatment plans, and therapeutic outcomes are the responsibility of the individual therapist. Solea Health does not guarantee specific results from therapy.
Solea Health assists with insurance verification and claims submission as a convenience. However, we do not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement. You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits and for any costs not covered by your plan, including copays, coinsurance, and deductibles.
Cancellation policies are set by individual therapists and will be communicated at the time of booking. You acknowledge that late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees as determined by your therapist's policy.
Your use of Solea Health is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solea Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any services obtained through it. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Solea Health in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
